I could not tell you how many times I've been to the beach. I'm not a beach person by the way. I love to listen to the ocean and feel the breeze but the sand and the heat, not for me. It is very relaxing though. This painting resembles most of the beaches I've been to. It has lazy waves that lap the beach with no effort. Sitting on the beach in the evenings was the best for me and this painting takes me there.
